Dentist
Dr. Janet Sutter Bardell has been caring for families as a dentist in Bloomington, Illinois, since 2012. She is delighted to continue giving back to the Bloomington Normal community and getting to know you and your family.
Dr. Bardell grew up in Bloomington and graduated from Bloomington High School. In 2001-2002, Dr. Bardell served our country in Iraq as a member of the Army National Guard. After completing her commitment to the Army National Guard, she received a Bachelors of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2008. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2012.
Dr. Bardell’s husband, Miles, works as a Law Clerk for the federal courts. Miles and Dr. Bardell have three energetic daughters that they enjoy taking to all the local parks, spending time with at our community's many wonderful festivals, facilities, and hiking around with at Funk's Grove and Lake Evergreen.
Hygienist
Kim has been a hygienist at the office for 22 years. She greets the patients with her friendly smile and provides comfortable thorough cleaning for the families she cares for. Kim went to school at Parkland College, graduating from the dental hygiene program.
When Kim is not taking care of patients at the office, she is a chauffeur to her three kids for their various activities. Kim lives in Leroy with her husband and kids.
Hygienist
Dr. Bardell has had the pleasure of working with Melinda for 11 years, and Melinda has been a hygienist for 29 years. She cares about her patients and their overall experience. She makes sure her patients have a comfortable and stress-free experience while providing a thorough cleaning. She goes above and beyond for her patients and their families. Melinda and her husband Tom keep busy with travel, and taking care of their grandson Gio.
Hygienist
Hiram is a dedicated dental hygienist that completed his degree in 2019 from Parkland College. His genuine kindness lends itself to creating a comfortable experience. Hiram is dedicated to his patients and their overall experience. He speaks Spanish fluently and is able to communicate through American Sign Language. When Hiram is not cleaning teeth, he enjoys playing volleyball, singing karaoke, and spending time with his family.
Assistant
Jean has 41 years of assisting experience and has been at this office for 35 years. Jean is outgoing and kind. She never stops working and creates a fun atmosphere. We are lucky to have Jean in our office to help patients with their procedures. When Jean is not assisting, she loves to exercise and spend time with family and friends.

Bridgette has been in the dental field as an assistant for 11 years. She will welcome you back and talk you through the whole procedure. Her attention to detail leads to a positive experience with superior results.
When Bridgette is not holding your hand through dental procedures, she loves to spend time with her granddaughter, Lydia. Bridgette is learning to play the guitar and loves to relax outside and listen to music.

Terri has worked in the dental field for 26 years. Her knowledge comes from serving as a dental assistant first and then growing into an office manager. Customer service is very important to Terri and she will always greet you with a smile. She has been married to Kent for 42 years and has 2 awesome children, Kyle and Kate. Kyle’s wife Jamie just gave birth to her first grandchild. Terri and Kent reside in Hudson, Illinois. They enjoy exercising, hiking and traveling.

Bekah was born to manage everything in the office. She is the most detail-oriented person and she makes sure that everything is done correctly. She works hard to make sure your experience is a good one. Bekah looks forward to making a strong relationship with our dental families and helping them over many years to come.
Bekah is a native of Meadows, Illinois, and holds a degree from the University of Illinois. Bekah enjoys Gilmore Girls, Friends, puzzles, and nature. She resides with her husband and two teens in Bloomington.
